His Holiness undertakes tours to visit and bless the people living in remote villages who are not able to come to the Siddhar Peedam to seek His Blessings. During such tours a procession is taken out by thousands of devotees in honor of His Holiness and a stage program is convened to give away prizes, food, clothing, etc., etc., to the poor and the needy.

To foster peace and unity among the various nations of the world, as a first foreign tour, His Holiness visited Malaysia and Singapore. In September 2000, Amma visited the United States for the first time.
